Location - just around the corner from the train station - was convenient. The check-in process was easy and friendly. The room was BEAUTIFUL and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable; bathroom was clean and very nice. No bathroom exhaust fan which seemed strange but perhaps not uncommon in a city that has constant humidity. Buffet breakfast was included - excellent! Our first morning we had an early tour and would miss breakfast, so the front desk offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us: bottled water, croissant, toast, and marmalade/Nutella. Also recommended a local non-tourist restaurant for supper which was excellent. We were sorry we were only staying 2 nights.

Location near the train station was very convenient.. The service was outstanding. We were allowed to leave our luggage at reception before checking in and after checking out. The TV remote was not working and was immediately replaced. Environmentally friendly body products were provided, and the bed was very comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of pastries.

The location was ideal for our stay. The room was perfect and bathroom also. Loved the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and on the same side so you don’t have to cross any bridges with your luggage. It is also very close to the Grand Canal. The breakfast was good but not quite as elaborate as some we had. The room was smallish but perfectly fine for 2 people. The hotel was located down a laneway and was vert quiet.

Location is EXCELLENT. Breakfast - EXCELLENT - was varied and fresh. The only exception was that the espresso and cappuccino were not good at all. Maybe there was an issue with the machine (?) The room was beautiful, clean and had all the necessary amenities, except for shampoo. There was only body wash. The room was quiet, and smelled fresh.
